Ruby on Rails and Hobo

I’ve spent a lot of time with Rails and Hobo over the last few weeks and I may have found a development system that i can get to grips with without having to spend the nest two years fully immersed in code…

This is great because I’m getting busier with client work and therefore have less time to research systems and would like to get some jobs done quickly without using something like Joomla! CMS, as much as I love it, which is often overkill and comes with upgrade nightmares.

Rails gives me the fast prototyping and Hobo the fast UI and associated items, like AJAX. Add to this some simple XHTML and CSS and it’s a very compelling RAD framework for web applications.
