Firstly, on behalf of Jive let me apologize for what appears to have been a frustrating experience. Our partners and resellers are extremely important to us, and we strive to assure experiences like yours do not happen. As part of the Jive SBS 3.0 launch we do advanced briefings and training for partners. I will personally follow-up to determine how you were missed in the process, and I apologize for the oversight. We&#039;ll make sure it does not happen again.

In way of clarification Clearspace is now referred to as an Employee Marketplace and Clearspace Community as a public Marketplace. Together these products make up Jive Foundation. The Jive SBS suite additionally includes modules (Insight, Video, Analytics, and Bridging) as well as Centers (Employee Engagement, Sales &amp; Marketing, Support, and Innovation).  This is obviously a big change in the solutions we are bringing to market. I will be publishing a blog shortly to clarify further and am happy to provide you with additional collateral.

Again, apologies for causing you a frustrating experience. We appreciate your support at Jive.
