Sci-fi on TV
What’s happened to all the sci-fi on TV, I mean I know it’s not everyones cup of tea, but I miss the escapism it provides after a hard days work.

Yes, I to miss the wonderful escapism that was provided there. I fear that the vast majority of Sci-Fi fans who did eventually rise from their basement dwellings now may fear retribution if the rest of the world knew of their addiction. They now sit in silent prayer that there will be another Star Trek movie, another Robo Cop or (be still my beating heart) some one will actually step up and make a Dragon Riders of Pern movie. Can I get a silent Amen?
Well the new Star Trek movie was just launched here in Sydney and the reviews are good so that’s something to look forward to.
I’ve been tempted to get a Star Gate DVD set or two occasionally as we haven’t seen them all yet.
